- Admission to the Scientific Symposium

Access to the congress and the exhibition is limited to the registered delegates.
Workshops
Workshop attendance is not included in the registration fee. Workshops are limited in the number of participants and places will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis.
Payment
The registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment in full. Payments will be accepted in Euros by credit card. Only Eurocard/MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted. Please note that the merchant name that will appear on your credit card statement will be “Congrex Switzerland AG“.
A credit card fee of 3% is applied to each booking.
A confirmation/payment receipt will be sent by email once ORF has received the fully completed registration form and the related payment. This letter of confirmation/payment receipt will act as a contract, and once issued, the above payment and cancellation conditions will apply.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations received up to and including April 30, 2025, midnight CET, a full refund will be granted less a 25% administrative charge.
Cancellations received from 31 April up to and including May 23, 2025, midnight CET, will be refunded at 50%.
After May 23, 2025, no refund will be granted.
All cancellations must be sent by e-mail to registration.orf@congrex.com.
Name change
Name changes are possible until June 9, 2025 only. A handling fee of 30 EUR per registration will be charged for every registration modification.
